- Counseling sessions I provide last 60 minutes in length
- Payment is expected when services are rendered and you are ultimately responsible for therapy fees. Normal fee is $100.00 per hour.
- Method of payment is by check or cash.

DSM-IV-TR will be utilized in the determination of client diagnosis.
- Comprehensive Medical, Psychological, Social and Behavioral History will also be used in client diagnosis.
- Diagnosis and other relevant client history will become part of the client's permanent record.
- Federal State Confidentiality rules will be followed.
- No disclosure of records or other information concerning clients will take place.
- Exceptions to Rules of Disclosure :
- Written Consent of Client
- Internal Program Communications
- Medical Emergency
- Court Ordered Disclosures
- Crime on Premises or against Personnel
- Research / Child Abuse/ Harm to self (client) & others
- Informed Consent - Clients will recieve a full explanation of treatment services and confidentiality regulations at the time of treatment.
- Confidentiality is a principal that protects, as in a contract, the information shared in a counseling session.
